Framboise beer originates in Belgium (the Disneyland for beer lovers), where fermented fruit is used in place of yeast to cause fermentation.

A WORD OF CAUTION: THIS BEER GAVE ME MIGRAINE HEADACHES!! (although many people have since consumed large quantities with no problems.)
