There are things that you know how to do and there are things that we know how to do. Together we can combine. And become greater. It is OK. All is well. All is always well.

Home row. There is a thing you call home row on your keyboard. And there is something we could call home row that exists inside of you. It is the place where you return and keep returning back to center. If you can come from that place and go back to that place whenever you stray then you will always know where you are in life just as you know when your fingers are aligned on the keyboard. When you forget you must stop and take a momment to realign yourself. It is like catching a breath.
